The Kings are happy to announce the acquisition of 2003 defencemen Lucas Bourdon from the Chilliwack Chiefs in exchange for future considerations.
Bourdon hails from Chilliwack is in his second BCHL season but has only suited up for 5 games this year for the Chiefs with the last being in October. In the pod last season Lucas played in 18 games where he had a goal and two assists.
This is the first trade the team has made since the start of the regular season as the Kings look to shore up their defence which has allowed the 2nd most goals in the league with 126.
Lucas is expected to join the team and play tomorrow in Victoria.
